To continue, all users, including providers, professionals, inspectors, and organisations , must read and agree to the following legal protections. These protections safeguard the intellectual property, system architecture, workflows, content, and regulated digital infrastructure of VCS SOCIAL CARE LOGIC.

VCS SOCIAL CARE LOGIC, including its workflows, compliance mapping, operational logic and evidence engine, is the intellectual property of Vera Chilly Consultancy Services Limited. You may use the platform as part of your service operations, but you may not:

  • copy the system
  • reproduce workflows
  • reverse-engineer features
  • share internal logic
  • publish protected content
  • use VCS SOCIAL CARE LOGIC materials outside your service

  • Any text, design, or structural format

2. Strict Prohibition on Copying or Reuse

No individual, organisation, competitor, developer, or third party is permitted to:

  • Adapt

  • Distribute
  • Scrape
  • Extract
  • Reverse-engineer
  • Reuse

3. Legal Warning & Enforcement
